I just read about that on get busy living blog and it gives me some kind of hope that my life will change if I do this experiment, so I will do it.

What I have to do is to write for 5 minutes every morning and 5 minutes before going to bet things that I am thankful for. In the post it says to write on a notebook, but I will write them on my blog. It’s the same thing..

So, starting tommorow morning I will start this experiment!
